Janice Posa - Service Provider

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 3 years, and my journey started with laser hair removal. Shortly after, I discovered spray tanning, and it quickly became my passion. I fell in love with the confidence it gave women helping them feel their best and fall in love with themselves again.

Since joining the beautiful team at Elevated Aesthetics NYC a little less than a year ago, I’ve expanded my skills even further, training in brows and lash lifts. I love that I get to offer clients a variety of services that enhance their natural beauty and leave them glowing inside and out.

My philosophy is simple: I want every woman who sits in my chair to walk away loving herself 10x more than when she walked in. Building trust, making my clients feel comfortable, and helping them see the beauty in themselves is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Jill Rothenberg - Service Provider

Hi, I’m Jill — a licensed esthetician who’s always been passionate about helping people feel confident in their own skin. My love for skincare was what first got me into the beauty world, and from there I started exploring brows, lashes, and spray tanning. Once I saw how much of a difference those small details can make, I knew this was what I wanted to do.

I’ve been in the industry for almost three years now and recently joined Elevated Aesthetics NYC a couple of months ago. It’s been such a great experience being part of a team that shares the same passion for beauty and client care that I do.

I specialize in brow lamination, lash lifts, and spray tans, but brows are definitely my favorite. I love seeing the transformation and how something so simple can completely enhance someone’s face.

What I enjoy most about my job is connecting with clients and building real relationships. My goal is for everyone who comes to see me to leave feeling confident, happy, and like the best version of themselves.

Elva is a licensed esthetician, tattoo artist, and certified PMU artist with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. She blends creativity, honesty, and passion to create an experience that’s as empowering as it is beautiful.
